Job Summary

IA Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional with a strong background in sales management, focused on achieving targets and optimizing sales performance. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor sales targets, forecasts, and sales plans.
Develop and review periodic sales lists and reports, and analyze sales performance.
Manage customer relationships and oversee key and new accounts.
Monitor costs and expenses, and analyze deviations from the sales budget.
Develop sales controls and procedures, and enhance internal oversight of the sales team.
Supervise deal closing processes, sales settlements, and collections.
Ensure compliance with Saudi market regulations and standards, as well as internal policies.
Prepare sales indicators and reports to support management in decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in sales management.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Strong analytical skills for sales performance and budget analysis.
