About the Role

Waha is seeking a dedicated مشرف سكنات العمالة (Workforce Accommodation Supervisor) to join its Operations Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing all company accommodations and ensuring their daily operational efficiency, cleanliness, and maintenance. The supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of residents and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all company workforce accommodations.
Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of facilities.
Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of all accommodation units.
Verify the safety of residents within the accommodations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in supervising or managing workforce accommodations is a fundamental requirement.

Work Environment
