About the Role: HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator supports daily Human Resources operations, organizes and monitors employee files and administrative procedures, and coordinates between various parties to ensure efficient operations in accordance with approved policies. This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and organize employee files and records, and update their data.
• Support recruitment processes and complete onboarding procedures for new employees.
• Prepare and follow up on HR-related documents and correspondence.
• Track attendance, departures, leaves, and employment data.
• Coordinate with departments and employees regarding HR procedures.
• Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports related to Human Resources operations.
• Support the HR team in daily operational and administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of practical experience in Human Resources.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
