About the Role

شركة نظم الكوادر لتقنية المعلومات is seeking an Infrastructure & Operations Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves operating and monitoring technical infrastructure components to ensure the availability of servers, networks, and backup services, thereby supporting system and service stability and continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor servers, networks, and other infrastructure components.
• Oversee backup and recovery processes, ensuring service readiness.
• Address and resolve infrastructure-related faults and issues.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery requirements.
• Document infrastructure configurations, operational tasks, and procedures.
• Apply fundamental practices for monitoring, availability, and continuity of technical services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical infrastructure operations.
• Proven experience with servers, networks, backup solutions, and business continuity.

Additional Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
