About the Opportunity

Match is seeking an experienced Area Sales Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Taif and Makkah regions of Saudi Arabia, focusing on overseeing operations and staff across a designated area or multiple locations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company goals.

Role Purpose

The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of operational activities and team performance within their assigned area. This role ensures that all business objectives are met through effective leadership, strategic planning, and adherence to established company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Train staff on job duties and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure performance meets established standards.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for development.
• Oversee employee work schedules and assist with workforce planning initiatives.
• Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for new candidates.
• Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and legal requirements, including safety and health regulations.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations or a specific area, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and effective cost control.
• Promote collaboration among team members and across departments.
• Monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and make recommendations for adjustments.
• Review performance metrics, reports, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform any additional work as requested by the direct manager.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Area Sales Supervisor role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or area management capacity, demonstrating a proven ability to manage operations and lead teams effectively.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence within the Taif and Makkah regions of Saudi Arabia to ensure direct oversight of area operations and staff.
