H B Electrical / Avionics Training instructor

About the Role

Airbus is seeking an H125 B2 Electrical / Avionics Training Instructor for a contract position in Riyadh and Taif. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for customer technicians, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze customer training regulations to develop course standards, instructional plans, and synopses.
• Develop basic and advanced specialty courses, and edit and update the Master Training Plan.
• Perform On The Job Training (OJT) for customer technicians using developed training aids.
• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Adhere to all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
• Inspect tools/GSEs for condition and expiration date before training, ensuring correct use.
• Verify components and parts for condition and documentation applicability before training.
• Inspect electric, avionic instrument, and flight control systems, including autopilots.
• Ensure all work is recorded on appropriate paperwork and signed off progressively.
• Ensure correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials.
• Verify aircraft status, including scheduled tasks and deferred items, ensuring serviceability, and sign the Release to Service.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications.
• Evaluate the performance of assigned customer trainees.
• Conduct on-the-job training activities and train personnel on maintenance manuals, safety directives, and FOD procedures.
