About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join its team in Taif, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining efficient showroom operations. The role involves direct customer interaction, sales process management, and adherence to company policies and operational standards.

Key Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities

• Provide professional reception and maintain a high level of service for customers within the showrooms.
• Address customer needs, facilitate product delivery, and offer comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.
• Guide customers through the showroom, introduce company products, and secure their orders.
• Calculate required product quantities and assist customers with color and product coordination based on their specific needs.
• Facilitate the issuance of invoices and ensure accurate delivery of goods to customers.
• Achieve established sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.

Showroom Operations and Inventory Management

• Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Maintain the showroom in an organized and clean state at all times.
• Ensure the ready availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues.
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and current stock levels.
• Maintain adequate stock levels for all items, particularly fast-moving products, to ensure customer service.
• Implement the policy for ordering from warehouses based on minimum and maximum stock levels for each item.
• Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods in warehouses are arranged according to guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.

Reporting and Compliance

• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Adhere to the daily deposit of all sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Implement company policies and instructions consistently.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Contribute helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and enhance value.

General Duties

The Showroom Sales Representative is also responsible for executing all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods. Additionally, the role involves performing any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager to support overall showroom operations and company objectives.
