AL Field Specialist

About the Role

SLB is seeking an AL Field Specialist to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The AL Field Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to maintain high standards in service delivery. The specialist will identify areas for improvement, implement standard operating procedures, and proactively manage risks associated with service delivery to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all job deliverables.
• Execute service delivery operations effectively.
• Participate in job risk analysis and contribute to continual improvement programs.
• Develop and maintain customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the implementation of CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Engage in Service Quality Meetings with customers and drive performance improvements using action plans.
• Participate actively in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives.
• Adhere to all HSE policies, including the mandatory wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain all required safety training certifications.
