CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATOR (CNE )

About the Role

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator 1 (CNE1) to join its team in Dhahran. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the knowledge, clinical skills, and competencies of nursing staff across the organization. The CNE1 will be instrumental in promoting clinical excellence through education, mentorship, and the implementation of evidence-based practices, operating across various JHAH locations and work shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical practice education research and evidence-based practice within the Nursing Organization.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify staff development needs and design, deliver, and evaluate educational programs, in-services, and training sessions.
• Develop and implement competency assessment tools and processes for staff and trainees, providing feedback for improvement.
• Facilitate comprehensive orientation programs for new nursing hires, ensuring their integration into the clinical environment.
• Promote a culture of inquiry and critical thinking among nursing staff and trainees.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in evidence-based practices, guiding teams in applying research findings to clinical care.
• Provide direct clinical support and guidance, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Establish and oversee mentorship and preceptorship programs for onboarding and ongoing development.
• Participate in system design enhancement, product evaluation, and new technology implementation to improve clinical workflows.
• Contribute to the review, development, and dissemination of nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in organizational committees and taskforces focused on quality improvement, patient safety, and staff development.

Qualifications and Experience

• A strong background in clinical nursing and education is required.
• Experience in project management is essential for this role.
• Candidates should possess 6-10 years of relevant experience.
