About the Role

Baker Hughes, a leader in well construction and production, is seeking a Field Specialist I for its Pressure Pumping team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role involves working on-site with customers, focusing on Coiled Tubing Drilling operations. The Field Specialist will lead activities, manage personnel, and ensure compliance with HSE standards while addressing complex operational challenges.

Role Context and Contribution

As a Coiled Tubing Drilling Field Specialist, you will serve as the on-site expert, continually developing knowledge and skills to deliver solutions for customers. The role is integral to improving efficiency, production, and maximizing reservoir value through innovative physical and digital solutions. This position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to changing situations and events within the rig site.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all equipment and operational policies and procedures.
• Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the Driller and Rig Manager.
• Adhere to and record Aramco and internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
• Verify on-site equipment required for planned activities and implement contingency plans as needed.

Work Environment

This role involves working directly with customers on-site in various global locations. Work patterns will align with customer schedules. Upon project completion, extended leave opportunities are provided before commencing the next project.
