Role Overview

The Floorman plays a critical role within the Operations Department, contributing significantly to the safe and efficient functioning of the rig. This position provides essential support to the Driller and Derrickman by managing tubular handling equipment and drill tools, and assisting with various other tasks directly on the rig floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general rig floor operations as directed.
• Handle tubular handling equipment and drill tools safely and efficiently.
• Provide direct support for ongoing drilling operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness (housekeeping) on the rig floor and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
• Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the drilling industry, with at least 6 months specifically as a Floorman.
• Proven experience as a Roustabout within a drilling company.
• Possession of a High School Certificate.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran. The role requires on-site presence to support continuous rig operations.
