About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a highly proactive and qualified HSE Coordinator (Rig / Non-Rig) to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives. This full-time role is based in Dhahran, Eastern region, and involves overseeing safety across dynamic field drilling operations and support facility environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing safety frameworks, driving compliance, and fostering a zero-incident safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Coordinator will manage safety protocols in both rig and non-rig settings, ensuring adherence to established standards and continuous improvement in safety performance.

Enforce compliance with company HSE policies, Life-Saving Rules, and client-specific safety frameworks.
Manage and audit Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures on the rig floor.
Conduct daily safety walks, rig inspections, DROPS (dropped objects) surveys, and lifting equipment checks.
Lead and facilitate daily Toolbox Talks, Job Safety Analyses (JSA / JHA), and pre-tour safety meetings.
Supervise high-risk operations, including confined space entry, hot work, work at height, and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).
Coordinate safety programs for supply warehouses, pipe yards, logistics centers, and administrative offices.
Perform regular occupational hygiene walks, evaluating ergonomics, lighting, noise, and air quality.
Oversee waste management, hazardous material storage (MSDS/SDS compliance), and environmental controls.
Ensure all emergency systems, fire protection tools, and first aid supplies are inspected and fully operational.

Incident Management and Training

This role includes active participation in incident response, investigation, and the delivery of essential safety training programs.

Deliver comprehensive HSE inductions for new employees, contractors, and visitors.
Participate in incident investigations utilizing root-cause tools (*, 5-Why, ICAM) and track corrective actions to closure.
Organize and evaluate routine emergency drills (fire, well control, H2S release, medical evacuation).
Maintain precise safety logs, incident data, and weekly/monthly HSE performance dashboards.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a strong background in health, safety, and environmental coordination within industrial or drilling environments.

5-10 years of experience in a relevant HSE role.
Demonstrated ability to implement safety frameworks and drive compliance.
Experience in both rig/field operations and facility safety coordination.
Proficiency in incident investigation and root-cause analysis.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with Eram Talent, located in Dhahran, Eastern. The role requires active engagement across various operational sites, including active rigs, industrial yards, and office locations.
