About SNI and the Opportunity

SNI operates as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner, supporting the needs of global firms. We are currently seeking a Lead Program Manager Agentic AI Telecom Platform for one of our clients. This contract position is based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading significant advancements in telecom network automation.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the end-to-end design, build, deployment, and operationalization of a large-scale Agentic AI platform tailored for telecom networks. This involves integrating AI agents across critical network domains including RAN, Core, Transport, Service Assurance, Network Planning, and Operations to drive autonomous capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall program delivery, budget management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Define the platform roadmap for Agentic AI, Digital Twin, AIOps, and Autonomous Network Operations.
• Coordinate efforts across product, architecture, engineering, data science, MLOps, and telecom domain teams.
• Drive integration with OSS/BSS, NMS, Data Lakes, CMDB, observability platforms, and various vendor ecosystems.
• Manage multi-vendor environments, including technologies from Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, and various cloud providers.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for network automation, fault reduction, Mean Time To Restore (MTTR), Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and overall operational efficiency.
• Establish frameworks for AI governance, explainability, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead Executive reporting and steering committees.

Required Experience and Technical Expertise

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in telecom transformation and network automation.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two large-scale platforms, such as AIOps platforms, Autonomous Network Operations platforms, Telecom AI/ML platforms, or OSS modernization programs.
• Extensive experience across key telecom domains:
  • 4G/5G RAN
  • 5G Core
  • Transport Networks
  • OSS/BSS
  • Cloud-native platforms
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Multi-Cloud Platform (MCP), AI orchestration frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMOps, and MLOps.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering programs with budgets exceeding €20M.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract position located in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be discussed directly with qualified candidates.
