About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a NST Instructor – Sonar Technician to deliver Naval Specialist Training (NST) at the Technical Institute for Naval Studies (TINS) in Dhahran. This full-time position involves delivering common content for all NST streams, specifically focusing on Sonar Technician (ST) stream-specific content.

Company Overview

BAE Systems operates as the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under Government-to-Government arrangements, providing equipment, support, and training to Saudi Arabia. The company is responsible for the maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and for training RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel in the safe use of aircraft, equipment, and weapons. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Naval Speciality Training curriculum, with a particular emphasis on Sonar Technician specific elements.
• Support invigilation activities during assessments.
• Provide support for remedial training activities.
• Develop and write assessment materials.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of courseware materials and media.
• Prepare Trainee reports as required to meet customer specifications.

Professional Conduct

The instructor is expected to maintain a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism in all duties. This includes ensuring the completion of any reasonable request from the NST Management Team that aligns with Company business objectives.
