About the Role

emagine is seeking a Principal Telecom NOC & G Domain Expert to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This contract role focuses on providing deep operational and engineering expertise for the development of AI agents across critical telecom domains, including Network Operations Center (NOC), Service Assurance, Fault Management, Performance Management, and 5G network operations.

Key Responsibilities

The principal consultant will lead the integration of AI within telecom operations, with responsibilities including:

• Defining specific telecom use cases for autonomous agents.
• Translating existing NOC workflows into AI-driven automated processes.
• Building AI-assisted logic for fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis.
• Creating knowledge models for Alarm Correlation, Incident Management, Performance Monitoring, Capacity Management, and Service Impact Analysis.
• Supporting the development of AI agents capable of fault isolation, self-healing actions, automated ticket enrichment, and change impact assessment.
• Validating network recommendations generated by AI agents.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a strong background in telecom operations and related technologies:

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in telecom operations.
• Proven hands-on NOC leadership experience.
• Experience managing nationwide mobile network operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in 4G/5G network rollout and optimization.
• Familiarity with telemetry, streaming analytics, observability, and AI-driven operations.

Desired Skills and Experience

Additional experience and certifications that would be beneficial for this role include:

• Experience with AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-based telecom environments.
• Relevant certifications in telecom management.

Contract Details

This is a 12-month contract position based in Dhahran. The role involves close collaboration with NOC, Service Assurance, and Performance Management teams to achieve project objectives.
