About the Role

Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. is seeking a Translator to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time position is for a professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience, responsible for providing accurate and culturally appropriate translation services between Arabic and English.

Role Purpose

The Translator plays a key role in ensuring clear and effective communication across various initiatives. This involves supporting communications, cultural, and corporate projects by delivering high-quality written and verbal content, and coordinating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to meet translation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents, communications, and other materials accurately between Arabic and English.
• Review and proofread translated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and appropriate tone.
• Support communications, cultural, and corporate projects through high-quality translation services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand translation requirements and project priorities.
• Manage multiple translation assignments effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Ensure translated content is culturally appropriate and aligned with the intended audience.
• Support cross-functional projects involving diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional translation experience, preferably in communications, cultural, or corporate environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated ability to translate accurately and effectively between Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working with diverse audiences.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
• PMP or related certifications are considered an asset.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Dhahran, within the Eastern region. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality communication across the organization.
