Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs and financial performance.
  • Conduct cost analysis and generate regular financial reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement cost-effective practices.
  • Review and validate contractor invoices and change orders.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in cost engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry is preferred.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cost engineering or a similar financial role.
  • Proficient in cost estimation techniques and project cost management.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management software and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a plus.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تطوير تقديرات تكلفة المشروع التفصيلية واقتراحات الميزانية لمشاريع النفط والغاز.
  • مراقبة وتتبع مصاريف المشروع، مع ضمان الالتزام الصارم بالقيود الميزانية.
  • تحليل التكاليف وتقديم تقارير مالية منتظمة لمديري المشاريع والمساهمين.
  • تحديد فرص التوفير المحتملة وتنفيذ تدابير فعالة للتحكم في التكاليف.
  • المساعدة في مراجعة ومعالجة الفواتير وأوامر التغيير من المقاولين والموردين.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المشروع لضمان الامتثال المالي وتخصيص الموارد الفعال.
  • إعداد توقعات تكلفة دورية وتقييمات الأداء للمشاريع الجارية.

المتطلبات:
  • بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في هندسة التكاليف تحديداً في قطاع النفط والغاز.
  • معرفة عميقة بممارسات تقدير التكاليف، وإعداد الميزانيات، والتقارير المالية.
  • إجادة قوية لبرامج إدارة التكاليف ومهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel.
  • قدرات تحليلية ممتازة وحل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تواصل فعالة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين مع القدرة على التفاعل مع عدة مساهمين.
  • إثبات القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن بيئة فريق.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط.
