About the Role

Halliburton is seeking a Svc Supv-I-Frac Acid for a full-time position based in Al Qatif or Al Khobar. This role involves promoting customer relations, managing fluid operations at well sites, and coordinating operator activities to ensure job execution aligns with design parameters and safety standards. The compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer relations at the worksite under general supervision.
• Plan and perform necessary calculations for fluids management at the well site.
• Coordinate and guide operators during equipment rig up, rig down, and preparation for job execution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed.
• Manage chemical inventory at the wellsite.
• Collect and distribute data on jobs as required.
• Conduct operations in accordance with fluid design parameters and the job plan.
• Coordinate the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Utilize competency processes to enhance employee skills development and job performance.
• Lead pre- and post-job safety meetings to promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
• Promote and actively participate in quality and continuous improvement processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional skills within the service line.
• General understanding of other service functions.
• Knowledgeable of HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines.
