About the Role

Aldawaa Medical Services Co. is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a full-time position in Al Qunfidhah. This role is central to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations through precise data management and active involvement in daily activities. The specialist will ensure all operational transactions are accurately recorded and contribute to the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse.

Core Warehouse Operations

The Data Entry Specialist will be actively involved in the day-to-day execution of warehouse functions, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently. Key operational duties include:

• Handling daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Supporting inventory control activities, such as cycle counting and stock verification.

Data Management and System Accuracy

A primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This involves meticulous attention to detail in recording and verifying information.

• Ensuring accurate data entry of operational transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verifying shipment documentation and inventory movement records.
• Reporting operational discrepancies, damages, or process deviations.

Team Coordination and Oversight

This position also involves coordinating with warehouse staff and supervisors to maintain workflow and resolve issues, contributing to overall team productivity and adherence to procedures.

• Allocating tasks to warehouse staff and monitoring workflow during the shift.
• Coordinating with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve operational issues.
• Assisting in training warehouse staff on operational procedures and system usage.

Compliance and Performance Monitoring

The specialist is responsible for upholding operational standards and tracking performance against established targets to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations.

• Ensuring operational procedures and safety guidelines are followed.
• Monitoring productivity and ensuring operational targets are achieved.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position with Aldawaa Medical Services Co. located in Al Qunfidhah. The role operates within a dynamic warehouse environment, requiring active engagement with daily operations and team members to support efficient logistics.
