About the Role

HirePro HR is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing accurate information, and documenting service requests. This position requires collaboration with internal teams to efficiently resolve client concerns, contributing to overall client satisfaction by delivering timely solutions and maintaining high service standards throughout every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries across various channels including phone, email, chat, and digital platforms.
• Provide accurate guidance and support tailored to client needs.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional approach.
• Record client interactions and ensure support systems are updated accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
