About the Role

Accor is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading strategic online initiatives and managing digital campaign delivery within the hotel network, which includes various hospitality, restaurant, and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

Handle strategic online initiatives for the hotel.
Lead marketing campaigns from ideation through execution and implementation.
Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns.
Negotiate advertising contracts.
Coordinate marketing plans and strategies with department heads and teams.
Collaborate with the finance department to establish and manage budgets.
Stay current with emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Technology and Audiovisual Management

In addition to marketing duties, this role includes responsibility for managing, supporting, maintaining, installing, configuring, and controlling audio-visual and related technology systems across Sofitel Madina. This involves ensuring uninterrupted hotel operations, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with relevant departments.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to manage strategic online initiatives and digital campaigns.
Experience with audio-visual and technology system management is required.
