About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert (Dry) to join our team in Medina, Almadinah Almunawwarah. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Set tables according to established standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their dining experience is positive.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
Process transactions as part of the overall guest experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards.
Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
Contribute to a safe workplace environment.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity, including:

Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Reading and visually verifying information, such as menus.
Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
License or Certification: None specified.
