About the Role of Hotel Sales Manager

Hafawah Hotels & Resort is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to join its team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah (Medina). This full-time role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in hotel sales and sales management. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the hotel's targets and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve the hotel’s sales targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, monitor performance, and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Acquire new clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Develop corporate, group, and hotel contract sales.
• Monitor target markets, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Monitor occupancy and revenue performance and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel sales and sales management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial hotel sales position.

Essential Skills

• Strong negotiation, client relationship, and account management skills.
• Ability to lead a sales team and consistently achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of the hospitality market and competitors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales systems.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and analytical skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah. The role involves working within a dynamic hotel environment, focusing on achieving sales objectives and contributing to the overall success of Hafawah Hotels & Resort.
