Night Auditor

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and maintaining secure cash handling procedures during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of figures, postings, and financial documents.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents in accordance with property cash handling policies.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records, adhering to document retention and confidentiality policies.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate using clear and professional language, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones appropriately.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent is required.
• Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience is required for this position.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
