Night Auditor

About the Role

Sheraton is seeking a Night Auditor to join its team. This full-time position involves ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing cash handling procedures, and preparing various reports. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and is integral to maintaining the financial integrity and operational standards of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to established policies and procedures.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in compliance with retention and confidentiality policies.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Follow all company safety and security policies, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
• Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
