About the Role

As a Real Estate Marketer at شركة أحمد المحيسني العقارية in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on increasing sales and effectively marketing properties. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will contribute directly to our growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell properties in alignment with client needs.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Prepare and present real estate offers to clients.
• Collect and analyze market data, and monitor market trends.
• Participate in property viewing tours with clients and address their inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate marketing.
• Proficiency in communication skills and understanding client needs.
• Possession of an accredited and valid real estate license (FAL).
• 0-1 years of experience required.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in using digital marketing programs and social media.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market systems in Medina.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.
