The Role of Logistics Supervisor

Almarai is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for a full-time position in Al Hafuf. This role is crucial for maintaining required stock levels in depots while minimizing losses. The supervisor will ensure depot and villa hygiene, implement Depot Operating Procedures, and adhere to recommended quality and safety standards. This involves monitoring staff activities and performance, as well as motivating the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal depot stock levels.
• Implement correct product handling standards for vehicle loads and warehouse storage.
• Ensure Cold Chain Management is applied in all vehicles before and during loading, as well as within cold stores, to meet quality standards.
• Ensure depot hygiene and cleanliness align with company standards.
• Adhere to the Date Code Policy in line with company guidelines.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Al Hafuf, contributing to Almarai's extensive logistics and distribution network. The role involves direct supervision of staff and adherence to stringent operational and quality control procedures within a dynamic food and beverage manufacturing environment.
