About the Role

Orient Castle Contracting Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Keeper to manage site logistics and inventory for a major project in Tabuk, specifically within the Neom and Tabuk regions. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials to support project timelines.

Core Responsibilities

The Store Keeper will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Civil and Architectural materials. This includes overseeing all aspects of inventory, from receipt to issuance, and maintaining accurate records within the Odoo ERP system. The role requires diligent attention to detail to ensure materials are correctly received, verified, and stored.

Inventory and Warehouse Management

• Execute all material transactions in the Odoo ERP system, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material issuances.
• Verify incoming items against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Notes to ensure accuracy.
• Implement a strict "Status Tagging" system for materials: Yellow (Pending), Green (Approved/After MIR), and Red (Rejected/Quarantined).
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively recommend available stock to the project team to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Manage daily labor activities within the warehouse, ensuring safe material handling practices.
• Ensure proper storage of sensitive items, including environmental protection for chemicals and cement.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principle for all inventory.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction storekeeping.
• Specific experience with Civil and Architectural materials is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar advanced inventory management software.
• Familiarity with Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and material submittal workflows.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to interface effectively with Project Teams and the Supply Chain Manager.

This is a full-time position located at the project site in Tabuk, serving the Neom and Tabuk areas. The role requires on-site presence to manage logistics effectively.
