The Role: Baggage Handling System Operations Operative

Daa International is seeking a Baggage Handling System Operations Operative for a full-time position at Red Sea International Airport in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the airport's baggage handling system on a shift basis. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and a strong interest in airline and baggage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound baggage, reclaim halls, and check-in operations.
• Record baggage handling performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), incidents, and shift activities.
• Conduct inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with operational, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure adherence to baggage handling procedures and Red Sea International (RSI) requirements.
• Report operational issues, instances of non-compliance, and equipment faults.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to support efficient baggage operations.
• Track baggage deliveries to and from hotels.
• Provide support during equipment failures and assist passengers with baggage-related inquiries.
• Maintain effective relationships with airlines, ground handlers, and service providers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the BHS Operations Manager.
