About the Role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Supervisor Reservations to join its team in Umluj. This full-time position is open to Saudi National Talent and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing reservation operations and ensuring service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the Jumeirah Brand and uphold business values in all interactions.
Promote Jumeirah properties and services, identifying upselling opportunities to achieve revenue objectives.
Meet established targets for revenue, quality, customer service, and productivity.
Adhere to minimum standards for external reservation audits, including LQA, Forbes, and IFH call standards.
Manage and resolve market and segment channel-related queries and escalations across various channels such as telephone, email, and chat, within agreed response times.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector. This position is designated for Saudi National Talent.
