About the Field Sales Representative Role

Hail House Building Materials is seeking an energetic Field Sales Representative to join their team in Buraydah, Al Qasim. This full-time position focuses on direct engagement with clients at construction sites and development projects to promote the company's range of building materials.

Role Overview and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to actively represent Hail House Building Materials in the field. This involves building relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, introducing product offerings, and driving sales within the designated region. The goal is to establish and maintain a strong client base through consistent field presence and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to active construction sites, residential projects, and new developments.
• Present and promote Hail House Building Materials' product line, including porcelain and ceramic tiles, tile adhesive, grouting, and other building materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and project owners.
• Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Submit daily reports detailing visits and sales activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Previous experience in field sales or the building materials industry is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and effectively plan daily field routes.
