About the Sales Representative Role

مؤسسة تسويق الهدايا العالميه للتجارة is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to develop foundational sales skills.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions and driving sales. Key duties include:

Collecting and documenting product data and specifications for goods and services.
Developing and maintaining a database of current and prospective customers.
Contacting or visiting customers to present sales offers and product information.
Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing.
Following up with customers post-sale and managing debt collection.
Preparing and submitting regular work reports.

Customer Engagement and Sales Process

This role involves direct engagement with customers to promote offerings. Responsibilities include building a comprehensive customer database with contact details. Representatives will contact customers to present sales offers, highlighting product specifications and competitive advantages. The process extends to verifying prices, applying authorized discounts, completing sales transactions, issuing invoices, and collecting payments.

Financial Administration and Reporting

A key aspect of the role involves financial administration related to sales. This includes collecting customer debts, accurately recording and documenting these transactions, and remitting collected funds to the finance department. Furthermore, the Sales Representative is required to prepare and submit detailed work reports, ensuring all documentation is properly saved.

Qualifications and Experience

This position is designed for individuals with limited prior experience in sales, requiring 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. The role is full-time and based in Riyadh.
