About the Role

C&D Talent Advisory - Academy is seeking a Mid Senior Healthcare Deployment Strategist to join a pioneering AI healthcare company. This organization is developing autonomous AI clinicians designed for large-scale deployment across hospitals, national health systems, and ministries of health. The company collaborates with leading healthcare organizations to redefine clinical operations using advanced AI, supported by experienced founders who have a track record of building successful ventures.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As one of the first Deployment Strategists, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's deployment strategies rather than following an established playbook. This position involves owning strategic healthcare partnerships from initial engagement through long-term deployment and contributing to the company's expansion across the Middle East. You will be instrumental in defining how the company scales its operations.

• Own enterprise healthcare partnerships from discovery through long-term deployment.
• Build trusted relationships with hospital executives, health systems, and government stakeholders.
• Drive customer deployments in collaboration with engineering, product, and clinical teams.
• Support business development and strategic pursuits alongside leadership.
• Design and improve deployment methodologies, operational playbooks, and best practices.
• Solve complex operational challenges within live customer engagements.
• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications and Experience

This role requires a candidate with a strong background in strategic execution and stakeholder management within the healthcare technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive impactful deployments.

• 4–10 years of experience in deployment, strategy consulting, healthcare consulting, enterprise technology, operations, or customer-facing implementation roles.
• Experience deploying complex technology solutions within large, regulated organizations; healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical literacy and understanding of healthcare delivery models.
• Experience managing senior enterprise stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• High ownership, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and building new processes from scratch.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates.

Preferred Backgrounds

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be particularly well-suited for this role:

• Experience from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or other top-tier consulting firms.
• Background in healthcare or digital health consulting.
• Experience as a founder or early employee at a high-growth startup.
• Experience as a health system operator or healthcare technology leader.
• Enterprise software deployment or implementation experience.
• Work in clinical AI, HealthTech, or regulated technology environments.

Work Arrangement and Collaboration

This is a full-time position offering a fully remote work arrangement with regional travel as required. You will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with experienced founders and healthcare leaders, contributing to the strategic direction of one of the most ambitious AI healthcare companies globally.
