About the Role

Imploy is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join their team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on supervising and monitoring civil construction activities to ensure projects adhere to approved standards and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure all construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams for smooth project execution.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related problems in coordination with relevant teams.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper use of materials and resources and monitor work quality.
• Coordinate with project management and other engineering disciplines when required.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi construction standards, regulations, and applicable engineering requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to site activities and project progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in civil construction or related projects.
• Mandatory: A valid registration/license with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and site supervision.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage site responsibilities.

Work Environment

This role requires a willingness to work on-site and meet project deadlines within a full-time capacity.
