About the Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Coordinator, Reception and Retail to join the team at Amaala Yacht Club in Al Wajh, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, dual-role position serves as a frontline team member, providing service at both the yacht club’s reception and its boutique retail outlet. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

About Amaala Yacht Club

Nestled within the Triple Bay Marina, the Amaala Yacht Club is a destination on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast. It offers 120 berths for superyachts and features a Marina Village that integrates luxury and leisure. Developed by Red Sea Global in alignment with Vision 2030, the club focuses on sustainability and regenerative tourism, preserving local natural habitats. Amaala is scheduled to host the Grand Finale of The Ocean Race in 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, visitors, and members professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate front desk activities, including guest registration, appointments, bookings, and inquiries.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Provide accurate information regarding facility services, programs, events, and amenities.
  • Coordinate guest requests and liaise with internal departments for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of reception and public areas.
  • Support daily retail outlet operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist guests and customers with retail purchases and product inquiries.
  • Coordinate retail inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays.
  • Monitor product availability and coordinate reordering requirements with stakeholders.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain records.
  • Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Ensure retail areas are maintained according to company presentation standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, bookings, retail sales, and inventory reports.
  • Prepare periodic operational and sales reports as required.
  • Support the coordination of events, activities, and special programs.
  • Assist in tracking budgets, purchase requests, and supplier requirements where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth operational delivery.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Promote products, services, memberships, and activities to maximize guest engagement.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to luxury hospitality standards, combining administrative precision with a passion for service and retail excellence.
