Parsons Corporation is seeking a Design Director to join its team in Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The Role of Design Director

The Design Director is an executive-level position responsible for leading Parsons' landmark development portfolio within the Tabuk region. This role requires a strategic leader capable of translating large-scale concepts into sustainable Real Estate and Master Planning realities. The Director will champion design excellence, mentor a high-performing team, and serve as the principal design authority for giga-scale or major regional infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overarching design vision, philosophy, and standards for a diverse portfolio of mega-projects in the Tabuk region.
• Oversee all phases of design, from initial master planning and conceptualization through to detailed design and construction documentation, ensuring architectural quality.
• Act as the primary design liaison for executive leadership, government authorities, and international consultants, aligning project execution with overarching regional goals.
• Direct, inspire, and scale a multidisciplinary in-house design studio, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
• Monitor design delivery schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring design risks are mitigated while maximizing commercial viability and sustainability.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in architecture, master planning, or urban design.
• At least 8 years in a senior executive or directorial capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering high-profile, large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, or giga-project developments.
• Prior experience within the Middle East, specifically Saudi Arabia, is considered a distinct advantage.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, focusing on regional infrastructure initiatives and landmark developments.
