About the Role

Cubic Corporation is seeking an Electronic Technician to join its team in Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing essential operation and maintenance support for P-4 SAKITS pods, directly contributing to the Royal Saudi Air Force's (RSAF) F15C/D Air Combat Maneuver & Instrumentation (ACMI) program. The technician will report to the Site Manager and work closely with two Field Service Technicians, requiring the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed logs for all P-4 SAKITS pods, recording serial numbers, pod types, dates, times, and remarks for check-ins and check-outs.
  • Keep a daily status and availability log for all P-4 SAKITS pods.
  • Record elapsed Time Meter readings on a monthly basis to determine each pod's operational time.
  • Operate and maintain the P-4 SAKITS Test Set in accordance with applicable technical documentation.
  • Perform Organizational-Level (O-Level) and Intermediate-Level (I-Level) maintenance tests and replace Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs) on P-4 SAKITS pods.
  • Assist as required in the operation and maintenance of display equipment.
  • Perform duties of a computer operations technician, including loading programs for operation and test, performing subsystem tests, loading pre-mission exercise data into Data Transfer Devices (DTDs), maintaining a control log of DTD issue and receipt, and operating graphics terminals during live exercises.
  • Provide technical assistance to RSAF personnel or aircrews in setting up for replay and debriefing.
  • Maintain and store records of mission tapes and a mission event log with specific, concise, and pertinent data.
  • Interface directly with the RSAF regarding mission sortie effectiveness.
  • Perform additional operations duties as directed by the Site Supervisor.
  • Comply with Cubic’s values and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the code of conduct, quality, security, and occupational health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Support the setup of project equipment when required and collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful service delivery to the customer.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • College qualification in a technical-related field, or equivalent technical education combined with military experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to comply with company standard practices as they apply to field assignments.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be able to obtain, or currently possess, Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) security clearance, which includes a background check.
