The Role of Kids Club Attendant

As a Kids Club Attendant at Red Sea Global Hospitality in Tabuk, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, fun, and educational programs for guests of all ages, with a particular focus on children. This full-time role emphasizes learning through play and creativity, creating memorable, interactive, and enjoyable experiences that reflect the luxury and innovative spirit of the resort. The position combines elements of teaching, entertainment, and guest service, ensuring enriching and exciting experiences for guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver interactive and educational activities for guests, focusing on valuable experiences for children and families.
Develop and implement themed programs, workshops, games, and activities aligned with the resort’s ethos and luxury brand standards.
Utilize creative storytelling, play, and interactive learning techniques to educate and entertain guests of all ages.
Engage guests in both group and individual activities, adapting content based on preferences, age groups, and cultural sensitivities.
Design educational programs that balance entertainment and learning, covering creativity, sustainability, nature, history, and cultural immersion.
Plan and organize group activities, including arts and crafts, environmental education, science experiments, and interactive storytelling.
Coordinate with other resort departments, such as Kids Club, Spa & Recreation, and F&B, to ensure seamless program integration.
Organize special events and seasonal activities that align with resort events and promotions.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests during activities, adhering to resort safety standards and protocols.
Supervise children and guests, maintaining a safe and respectful environment, and communicating effectively with parents/guardians.
Actively solicit feedback from guests to refine and improve edutainment offerings, responding to concerns professionally.
Collaborate with Recreation, Entertainment, Spa, and Fitness teams to align programs with the overall guest experience strategy.
Maintain accurate records of guest participation, manage materials and equipment inventory, and contribute to activity scheduling.
Participate in team meetings and professional development, staying informed about trends in children’s education and hospitality.
Assist with other guest services activities and general resort operations as needed to ensure high service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar role. A background that includes elements of teaching, entertainment, or guest service is beneficial. The role requires strong communication skills, creativity in program development, and a commitment to guest safety and satisfaction.
