Coastal Transportation Services Co., a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, specializes in providing comprehensive transportation services at our Red Sea destination. We are seeking a Manager Micro Mobility Operations to join our team in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and focuses on leading the operational planning and delivery of micro mobility services.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the operational planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of micro mobility services across the organization’s properties. The Manager Micro Mobility Operations will ensure the seamless delivery of buggy, e-bike, and other micro mobility solutions, supporting the wider Mobility strategy. This position holds accountability for service delivery, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and operational efficiency within a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily micro mobility operations across multiple service types and locations, ensuring service continuity, timely asset availability, and operational resilience.
Support the integration of new micro mobility modes, such as e-bikes and scooters, as part of service expansion initiatives.
Lead supervisory staff, operators, and support teams across the micro mobility network, setting clear expectations and performance standards aligned with safety and customer service.
Oversee training, onboarding, and staff scheduling to meet service requirements effectively.
Ensure all services operate within regulatory, safety, and policy frameworks.
Monitor service metrics and develop improvement plans to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
Implement incident management protocols and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Act as a key point of contact for operational queries, escalations, and service coordination, working cross-functionally with departments including Land Operations, TOCC, Maintenance, and Projects.
Liaise with vendors and partners to support service delivery and infrastructure readiness.
Support service expansion through structured operational plans and asset deployment strategies.
Drive innovation and technology adoption within micro mobility operations.
Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), risk assessments, and operational documentation.
Provide regular operational updates, service performance reports, and improvement proposals to leadership.
Ensure consistent communication across teams and with leadership.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

5-10 years of experience in operations or transport leadership, preferably within micro mobility or fleet services.
Proven ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and resolve challenges quickly.
Possession of an operational mindset, capable of leading services at both strategic and frontline levels.
Adaptable and resourceful, demonstrating a strong commitment to service excellence.
