Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager for full-time employment in Tabuk, KSA. This role is central to leading the development, synthesis, and presentation of high-level project performance data for major infrastructure projects.

The Role

The Senior Reporting Manager will be responsible for transforming complex engineering and construction data into highly visual, intuitive, and executive-ready reports and dashboards. This position requires leveraging a background in arts, design, and graphics to create compelling visual narratives for senior leadership and client stakeholders, moving beyond traditional data tables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, production, and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc project reports, converting raw infrastructure project metrics into compelling visual narratives.
• Oversee the creation of interactive, graphic-rich dashboards that track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), schedule progress, and financial health.
• Collaborate closely with Project Directors, PMO teams, and construction managers to gather data and ensure reporting alignment with client expectations.
• Ensure all written and visual reporting materials maintain the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Mentor and guide junior reporting staff and data analysts on best practices for visual storytelling and report design.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated background in arts, design, and graphics, specifically applied to data visualization and reporting.

Work Location and Environment

The successful candidate must be willing to be based full-time in Tabuk, KSA. This role operates within a fast-paced, mega-project environment.
