Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This full-time position is based in Jazan, Jizan, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for the successful execution of our strategic and developmental initiatives.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead and manage projects with high efficiency, ensuring their implementation aligns with approved plans and objectives. This role demands achieving project goals within specified timeframes, budgets, and quality standards, while also supervising work teams and coordinating efforts among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through all their phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Prepare comprehensive work plans and schedules, and clearly define the project scope.
• Manage project budgets effectively and ensure strict adherence to allocated resources.
• Monitor the performance of work teams and efficiently distribute tasks.
• Assess potential risks and develop robust mitigation plans.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Ensure full compliance with all approved standards, policies, and procedures.
• Continuously improve processes and develop work methodologies within the project framework.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage strategic and developmental projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in project planning, budget management, risk assessment, and team coordination.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jazan, Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with project teams and stakeholders in a dynamic consulting environment.
