Join Hilton as an Executive Housekeeper!
In this role, you will oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring an excellent experience for our guests and members. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing housekeeping operations and laundry services
• Evaluating guest satisfaction and monitoring trends for continuous improvement
• Operating within departmental budgets with effective stock and cost controls
• Setting departmental targets, objectives, and work schedules
• Inspecting fixtures and appliances to ensure compliance with standards
• Monitoring team performance and maintaining high training standards
• Communicating effectively with team members and other departments

What we are looking for:
You should have a background in housekeeping/laundry within the hotel, leisure, or retail sectors at a managerial level, along with strong leadership and communication skills. A high school certificate or equivalent is required, and familiarity with Property Management Systems is an advantage.
