Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily workflow of the Butler office and ensure service standards are maintained.
- Manage departmental inventory control tasks including purchase orders and coding invoices.
- Handle all shipping and receiving for Owners, Guests, and Colleagues.
- Provide administrative support to the Butler department.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to relay updates and changes.
- Address guest concerns promptly and log necessary notifications for departments.
- Collaborate with Maintenance for necessary repairs.
- Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs while adhering to policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:- Proficient in English (verbal and written) is required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred.
- Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems is an asset.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities in high-stress situations.
- Detail-oriented, capable of working independently with efficiency.
