About the Role

Vemont is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position involves managing various financial operations and contributing to the company's financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and review daily accounting entries and operations.
• Prepare financial reports and periodic bank reconciliations.
• Follow up on sales, branches, inventory, and expenses accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and monitor cash flows.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Prepare VAT declarations and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
• Develop financial procedures and systems to support the company's growth and expansion.
• Provide necessary financial information and analyses to support administrative decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related specialization.
• Practical experience in accounting and preparing financial reports.
• Good knowledge of accounting systems and ERP programs.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of tax systems and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based on-site at the company's headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
