About Indra Group and the Role

We are currently expanding our team in Saudi Arabia and seeking an AFC Support Engineer to join our operations in Jeddah, Makkah.

Role Summary

The AFC Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving advanced technical issues, troubleshooting complex software and hardware problems, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and documentation. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve advanced technical issues across various software and hardware systems.
Efficiently and accurately troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems.
Provide detailed technical solutions and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to L3 support or specialized teams when necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and clear communication.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a technical support engineering role.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to software and hardware.
Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
Capability to produce and maintain thorough technical documentation.
