About GSK and the Role

GSK is seeking an Associate Product Manager Hematology to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within our newly established Hematology franchise, offering an opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of this important area.

Role Purpose and Impact

This position plays a pivotal role in the Hematology franchise, specifically in supporting new product launches. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for jointly developing and executing operational plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, build advocacy, and achieve patient-focused goals.

Core Responsibilities

Deliver brand operational plans with a focus on speed and quality.
Ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns and educational programs, adhering to GSK policies and local regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare societies to build reputation and advocacy for GSK Hematology products.
Ensure all promotional materials and activities meet GSK internal policies, country-specific regulations, and established compliance frameworks.

Market Engagement and Insight

A significant portion of this role, up to 50% of the time, involves direct field engagement. This includes connecting with healthcare professionals, providing support to the sales team, and gathering valuable market insights to inform strategic decisions.

Sales Enablement and Strategic Innovation

The Associate Product Manager will work directly with the sales team to ensure effective training on brand messaging and promotional materials. This role also involves developing creative strategies to engage healthcare professionals and positively influence customer behaviors.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for this full-time Associate Product Manager Hematology position are expected to possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within product management or a related commercial function.
