About the Role

Elite Fancy Food is seeking an experienced Brand Manager for Healthy Snacks & Confectionery to lead brand growth, positioning, and portfolio strategy across the Saudi market. This full-time role is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The Brand Manager will be responsible for championing healthy indulgence, functional snacks, and confectionery brands, overseeing strategy from product innovation to market activation.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute annual brand plans (ABP) tailored to Saudi consumer dynamics, focusing on wellness consciousness, active lifestyles, and snacking habits.
Drive brand equity, awareness, and loyalty among key demographics, including young professionals, fitness-oriented shoppers, and families.
Manage the brand's P&L, tracking revenue, gross margins, volume targets, and trade spend efficiency.
Plan and manage the Annual Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, measuring ROI for digital, retail, and sampling initiatives.
Monitor retail audit data, Nielsen, POS data, and competitive pricing across various retail channels to identify market opportunities.
Lead the New Product Development and line-extension pipeline for healthy snacks, bars, and confectionery.
Oversee packaging development and artwork lifecycles, ensuring compliance with SFDA regulations and alignment with Saudi consumer preferences.
Develop digital-first marketing campaigns using localized Arabic storytelling on platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram.
Design strategic community activations, including gym partnerships, event sponsorships, health expos, and sampling drives.
Manage brand presence during seasonal Saudi peaks (National Day, Ramadan, Eid, back-to-school) with specific healthy gifting and festive confectionery concepts.
Collaborate with Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Horeca sales teams to optimize planograms, POSM/FSDUs, and impulse checkout displays.
Secure priority off-shelf placement in high-growth channels, including top modern trade chains, fitness centers, pharmacies, and quick-commerce platforms.
Lead shopper marketing programs, bundled promotions, and trial-generation mechanics at the point of sale.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the healthy snacks or confectionery sector.
Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in leading growth and portfolio strategy.
Experience with end-to-end brand strategy, packaging compliance, and innovation.
Familiarity with trade activations across modern trade, impulse channels, and e-commerce.
