The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing) to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is part of an expanding global business, driven by an aggressive expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the group's growth plans within a dynamic multinational team.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing) is responsible for initiating, identifying, managing, and following up on all continuous improvements. This includes addressing issues triggered by customer complaints, non-compliances, delivery non-compliances, rejects, dumps, and hygiene audits. The role requires a proactive approach to operations to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate continuous improvement initiatives based on operational feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement stemming from customer complaints and non-compliance reports.
• Manage the implementation of corrective actions for non-compliances, rejects, and dumps.
• Follow up on the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Address findings from hygiene audits with a proactive approach to operations.
• Ensure a continual proactive approach to all aspects of manufacturing operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve operational issues effectively.
