City Operations Manager, Jeddah

Drovox, a Saudi mobility technology company, is seeking a City Operations Manager to oversee and optimize its day-to-day operations in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on ensuring seamless, reliable, and high-quality transportation experiences within the city.

Drovox is dedicated to creating locally relevant transportation solutions through its technology platform. The company connects passengers with independent drivers, known as Drovox Heroes, offering a ride-hailing experience built on convenience, safety, transparency, and service quality. Founded in Saudi Arabia, Drovox is developing a scalable mobility ecosystem that integrates passengers, drivers, businesses, partners, and communities through data-driven operations and customer-centered design. The company is expanding its mobility solutions for individuals, institutions, events, and strategic partners, with a core focus on ride-hailing technology, customer experience, safety, and strategic partnerships.

Role Responsibilities

The City Operations Manager in Jeddah will be responsible for:

Overseeing and optimizing daily operational activities within Jeddah.
Managing local supply and demand to ensure passenger needs are consistently met.
Implementing effective Drovox Hero (driver) onboarding, support, and performance management programs.
Monitoring key operational metrics, identifying issues, and deploying data-informed solutions to enhance reliability, service quality, and safety.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including product, customer experience, marketing, and partnerships, to launch local initiatives, campaigns, and process improvements.
Managing local operational teams and engaging with external stakeholders.
Ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess:

Between 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the mobility, logistics, or technology sectors.
Proven ability to manage complex day-to-day operations and drive performance improvements.
Strong analytical skills for metric monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
A solid understanding of regulatory compliance and operational best practices.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a presence in Jeddah to effectively manage local operations and teams.
