SABA Medical is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager (Dentist) to oversee daily operations across one or more clinic branches. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth patient flow, efficient appointment scheduling, and adherence to clinical and administrative procedures.
• Manage staff schedules and supervise front-desk and support teams.
• Monitor service quality and coordinate with medical professionals to maintain patient-care standards.
• Track operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage budgets and resources.
• Enforce health and safety policies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle escalated patient concerns and collaborate with senior management on strategic plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site in Jeddah, requiring the manager to be present at the clinic branches to oversee daily operations and ensure effective management of staff and patient services. The position is full-time.
